Andy Hernandez has been passionate about ships since childhood, his first visit to a liner being the original Queen Elizabeth at Port Everglades in 1968.
He has been a passionate collector of ocean liner memorabilia for many years and is also an avid photographer, with his work being featured in numerous books and magazines. Additionally, he also once edited and published his own publication, Ship Aficionado.
Andy has been working at the Port of Miami for over 30 years and lives in Miramar, Florida with his wife and teenage son.
